Software Quality Engineer

You will be responsible for performing quality tests across all developed modules while implementing best practices to improve team performance and deliver high-quality products.

You will also be involved in the full product lifecycle—from analysis and design to review and, of course, testing. You will work closely with developers and other departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement automated and manual test cases, focusing on validating complex calculations, functional scenarios, performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Contribute to product development by providing functional insight into what is being developed.
  • Develop and execute test plans and collaborate with team members to implement them.
  • Participate in product delivery planning.
  • Contribute to documentation and release notes for new features.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve, enhancing our products, software development process, and team performance.

     

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, meticulous work habits, self-motivation, and initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, with a strong drive to deliver quality results.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Experience with relational databases is a plus.
  • Addvanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
