Our story

Founded in 1999 by Philippe Grégoire, finance professor, and soon joined by Philippe Vandooren, today’s CEO, the company that would become AMINDIS started humbly in a small attic above a tennis club. From this modest beginning, the two founders combined deep financial knowledge and a common vision to support investment professionals, laying the foundation for a company that would steadily grow over the decades. 

Rooted in Belgium yet connected globally, AMINDIS evolves with a fast-changing financial landscape, combining deep financial know-how with technological innovation. Today, what began as a shared vision has grown into a full ecosystem — from software to services, research, partnerships, and more.
