At AMINDIS, you will play a key role in shaping how our expertise, solutions, and ecosystem are perceived by asset managers and asset owners. You’ll work at the crossroads of strategy, content, and business development, contributing directly to our growth in Belgium and across Europe.
 

Main responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of our solutions and value proposition to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Execute the marketing & communication plan in close collaboration with the Marketing manager and the Sales team.
  • Create and manage high-quality marketing content (presentations, brochures, digital content, campaigns…).
  • Support communication campaigns, including data collection, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies for the development of communication assets.
  • Organise and attend events, conferences, and webinars (from planning to execution).
  • Coordinate AMINDIS’ presence at industry fairs and exhibitions across Belgium and Europe.
  • Manage and continuously improve our website and social media presence.
  • Work proactively with the Business Development team to support commercial initiatives and lead generation

     

 

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, ideally with an interest in thechnology and finance.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or communicaton (B2B environment is a strong plus).
  • Solid understanding of marketing and communication processes .
  • Excellent command of French and English ( written and spoken); Dutch or other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to quickly understand software and complex environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a creative and proactive mindset.
  • Good command of Office 365 and Adobe tools.
  • Good command of Drupal is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe when needed
