As IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and securing AMINDIS’ IT infrastructure. You will lead a small IT team (2 people) while remaining hands-on with technical operations.
One of the key challenges of this role is to support AMINDIS in achieving ISO 27001 certification. You will play a central role in evolving the IT infrastructure to meet security and compliance requirements. In this context, you will work closely with our Information Security Officer to design and implement our ISMS (Information Security Management System).
Main responsibilities
- Implement the AMINDIS software solution for new and existing clients, ensuring the solution meets client requirements and is delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyze client needs and translate them into concrete, actionable solutions within the software.
- Draft detailed proposals and reports tailored to client requirements.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, coordination, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met and provide ongoing support during implementation.
- Provide clear and comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Support junior consultants when required by offering guidance and sharing expertise.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, management science, or any other equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio management, asset management, or a related field.
- Affinity with IT and market finance.
- Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of English.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A keen attention to detail, particularly in the context of client requirements and software implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility to address evolving client needs and project challenges.
Willingness to travel as required.
