As a quality and security process manager at AMINDIS, you will be responsible for documenting, implementing, and overseeing processes related to security management and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our operational practices and in ensuring compliance with standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, and GDPR. 

Main Responsibilities

Security management
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures in compliance with ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, and other relevant regulations. 
  • Ensure employee awareness and training on best practices in information security. 
  • Coordinate internal and external security audits and follow up on corrective action plans 
Regulatory compliance
  • Monitor and interpret new regulations regarding data security and privacy (GDPR, etc.). 
  • Implement processes to ensure ongoing compliance with current regulations. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate regulatory requirements into operational processes.
Operational process improvement 
  • Document and improve processes related to IT development, customer support, and the implementation of our software at client sites. 
  • Establish performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. 
Project management 
  • Lead projects related to security, compliance, and process improvement, ensuring coordination between different teams and resource management. 
  • Track project progress and prepare regular reports for management. 

 

Qualifications & requirements 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Project Management, or a related field. 
  • Significant experience in managing processes related to information security and regulatory compliance. 
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, and GDPR standards is a plus. 
  • Experience in documenting and improving operational processes. 
  • Excellent project management and communication skills. 
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
