As a customer service analyst, you are the primary point of contact for our customers. You help them get the most out of our software solutions, while working closely with our internal teams.
Your mission: understand needs, analyze problems, and propose concrete solutions. You will also be involved in the monthly production of financial reports for our asset manager and asset owner customers.
Main responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact between AMINDIS and its clients.
- Manage support requests from start to finish, ensuring complete resolution.
- Analyze technical and functional issues to provide appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to the monthly production of client reporting.
- Adapt and configure our solution to the specific needs of clients.
- Document procedures and improve best practices.
- Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams.
Qualifications
- We are looking for a motivated and curious individual who enjoys learning and teamwork.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- No prior experience required (0-3 years welcome), motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Affinity with financial markets and IT.
- Strong command of French and good knowledge of English.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to prioritize requests and manage time effectively
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive working attitude with a wide range of people (technical staff, colleagues, management, and clients).
