
Sales Engineer
Purpose
The Sales Engineer is a motivated, self-reliant individual with a good analytical mind. Strong oratory qualities with the ability to demonstrate our solution to prospective clients and a capicity to answer specific technical questions. Has the ability to distinguish the most appropriate solution to offer meeting the demands of prospective and existing clients looking to expand their capabilities internally. In addition, through his own initiatives be involved in the development of internal processes focused solely on improving and enriching various marketing presentations focused specifically on technical aspects of the solution.
Essential Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer presents with clear precision the various modules contained within both the solutions: AM-DIS and IN-DIS

Proactively collaborates with senior sales to prepare the most relevant demonstration scenarios. Great aptitude to understand the needs of existing and potential users and offer our solution optimally. A firm understanding that spands from the entire trading life-cycle to securities management.

Willing to work predominantly in the European market, specifically Belgium, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Actively manages responses to the stipulations of the "Business Development" team.

Contributes to the primary achievement of sales objectives.

Works proactively with the "Business Development" department but equally collaborates effectively with other departments within the the company, particularly the various consulting team managers.

Collaborates effectively with the head of marketing to structure client / marketing communiqués and assist in marketing material edits (Web, social networks, ..
Qualifications

Master in Finance or Economy

Minimum 3 years of experience as financial software sales or as a business consultant in portfolio management and/or analytics software
Essential Skills

Good knowledge of asset management and portfolio management

Excellent Knowledge of performance calculation and / knowledge of insurance business

Excellent command of both written & spoken French and English

Easy understanding of softwre solutions

Able to easily identify the needs expressed by customers

Good presentation skills

Ease of use of Office tools

Prepared to travel throughout Europe
