Business Consultant


The Business Consultant is a highly motivated, self-managing individual who excels at both taking direction and using critical problem solving skills to define, execute, and drive solutions to completion.  The Business Consultant is a critical role in the success of AMINDIS product implementations by completing specific project deliverables across multiple client projects, on time and within budget. In addition, the Business Consultant will be a contributor to AMINDIS’s corporate goals by participating in a variety of internal process improvement initiatives.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Completes specific project deliverables based on client specific requirements

  • Creates report templates in accordance with client requirements and defined best practices

  • Configures products to meet client business needs

  • Tests and validates project deliverables completed by other consultants

  • Manages individual deliverable deadlines across multiple client projects

  • Creates project specific documentation

  • Communicates and presents solutions to clients in a professional manner

  • Assists Product Development to test new features and functionality

  • Participates in internal process improvement initiatives

  • Utilizes critical problem solving skills to define and execute solutions



  • Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience required

Essential Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent presentation skills required

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills required

  • Excellent verbal and written communications capabilities required

  • Must possess exceptional organization skills

  • Ability to deal professionally and courteously with internal and external contacts

  • Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with a wide audience, from technical staff to management, clients and coworkers

  • Ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, self-motivated willingness to take initiative

  • Willingness to sign certain confidentiality agreements with regard to a client or company's trade secrets and other proprietary information

  • Ability to travel

  • Escalate issues appropriately to the next level

  • Work well with others as individual contributor

  • Act in accordance with and is an ambassador of our company values
